Use the tubing idea or you can just drain it from the dip stick area

Are you sure its a drain plug? It might be something else. I reccomend you make a video of it and show me so I can verify what it is. It seems odd because the oil resovoir isnt in the front of the engine on a lot of Honda’s.

How big is the whole? Get some rubber tube and when you remove the cap then you just slide the tube on and it drains into a oil pan. Check for the owners manual online.

well there is on myn and im not sure how to change the oil with out making a mess cause there is no real hole in the deck to make draining the oil easy. and rember i have no owners manuel cause i got the mower off the side of the road but i wonder is i could get one from the dealer

For the oil? No there is not and havent really seen it on these smaller Honda engines. You have to tip the engine and that is in the owners manual. I will be making a DIY Oil changing video to come so look for that in the future.
